We do realise that one fixed payment plan won’t suit everybody so there are a number of different options for prospective Caherconnell Students to pay their field school fees.
We do require a booking deposit for each course – once this booking deposit is received we can go ahead and choose a payment plan that suits you. You will find a little information about making your payments below – if you have any other questions please contact the field school.
2 Week Courses
Total Fees: €2995.00
Payment Option 1 :
Booking Deposit – €100.00 payable on booking of any 2 week course
Initial Payment – Within 3 weeks of booking 35% of your fees are due. A link will be sent to you and payment is made in the same way as your deposit
Final Payment – 10 Weeks before your field school commences the balance of your fees are due. A 2nd link is sent in advance and the payment method is the same as the booking deposit and initial payments.
Payment Option 2:
Booking Deposit – €100.00 payable on booking of any 2 week course
Monthly Instalment Payment – We will accept monthly payments over the period between booking and field school commencement. For example, if you book in December, you have 5 months, beginning in January to make your payment, working out at €579.00 per month.
Payment Option 3:
Booking Deposit – €100.00 payable on booking of any 2 week course
Once Off Fee Payment – For students who want to pay their balance in full on a given date (€2,995.00). Once off payments need to be completed no later than 10 weeks before the course commencement date.
Additional options are available for students financing their field schools through student loans or financial aid – these can be worked out with the field school on an individual basis.

4 Week Courses
Total Fees: €5,250.00
Payment Option 1 :
Booking Deposit – €200.00 payable on booking of any 2 week course
Initial Payment – 3 weeks after payment of your booking deposit 35% of your fees are due. A link will be sent to you and payment is made in the same way as your deposit
Final Payment – 10 Weeks before your field school commences the balance of your fees are due. A 2nd link is sent in advance and the payment method is the same as the booking deposit and initial payments.
